Shipping & Returns
Most of the parts will ship in 2-3 business days via UPS ground for valves or equipment the lead times will likely be longer. You will receive an acknowledgement email when your order is placed and then you will receive a second one that will give you the expected ship date. When your material ships you will receive an email with tracking information.
If you prefer a different shipping method please let us know. Collect shipping is available upon request please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
We know you are busy and we apologize for the extra time you have to spend trying to correct a problem with your order (btw thanks for the order!).
If the product we shipped you is defective or you received the wrong item please email us a brief description of what is wrong with your order. If you could include the order number it will make it easier for us to find it. We will email you an RMA and return instructions including shipping address. We want to be sure you get what you ordered and would like to replace the item and pick up shipping charges. If you do not wish to receive a replacement we will credit the original sale once we receive the return.
If you ordered the wrong product or quantity we will do everything we can to help you out. Send us an email with the order details and reason you wish to return. We will do our best to get get you an RMA but there may be restocking charges. We will let you know if there is a restock and what the amount is. That will allow you to decide if you want to find a place for the item in your process or return it for partial credit. You will also be responsible for all freight charges.
