Why should I create an account?

What if I don’t see an item/product I need?

Send us an email at sales@lighthouseprocess.com or give us a call 401-617-6303 with details of what you need and we will get you a quotation! We are constantly adding products to the store so check back often.

Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk buying?

TECHNICAL

I've forgotten the account password, how do I reset it?

We get it its not easy to keep track of all your passwords, to reset your password you can follow the prompts at the sign in screen or just click here.

How can I make changes to the details on my account?

Changing adresses? Adding payment methods? We can help you with that either click the word account at the top right of your screen at any time or click here.

You will be able to manage and track orders, add payment methods, change your address and make any other changes to your account you'd like.

Why aren't I receiving emails or newsletters from you?

We know how annoying emails can be and try not to overwhelm you with unecessary messages. We will send all pertinent information regarding your order/shipping information other then that we try not be too much of a bother.  

We are currently working on an initial version of our Lighthouse Process Newsletter so stay tuned for more news on that.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

Currently we accept all major credit cards as well as paypal. We are working on adding more payment options and will announce as soon as we have.
