Why I Ride, The PanMass Challenge

Why I Ride, The PanMass Challenge

The long reach of cancer touches us all at some point in our lives. There are so many stories of loss, sadness, courage, perseverance, grace and kindness. Every year the PanMass Challenge brings together volunteers, cyclists, donors, families and friends along with their combined stories. They raise awareness and millions of dollars for Dana Farber - Cancer Institute allowing them to continue their great work to find new treatments and cures for cancer.

Our dear friend and colleague Scott LaRosa, with the support of his family, rides for their son & brother Josh. We wanted to share his message. Please check out Scott's link to learn more…...

"Another year has come to pass and I will be riding in the PMC in honor and memory of Joshua.

The Journey for Josh continues with this weekend ride on August 3rd and 4th.

The Hope for All continues with PMCs goal of providing a $ 60,000,000 donation to Dana Farber.

Please use the following link http://www.pmc.org/profile/SL0147 to learn more and contribute to my fundraising.

If you would like to pass this message along to others who want to be part of this journey, please do so.

May Joshua’s spirit bring warmth to your heart and peace to your mind.

May his memory bring a smile to your face and a tear to your eye.

Love,

Scott"
